Chevrolet has upped the ante with the 2025 Silverado EV, introducing a new range of trims that include the Work Truck (WT), LT, and RST, each offering unique driving range, performance features, and price points designed for retail and commercial drivers alike.
With a maximum EPA-estimated range of up to 492 miles on a single charge, the Silverado EV now sets a new standard as the range leader in the electric truck segment. Here’s a look at the driving ranges and charging capabilities that make this electric truck lineup a game-changer.
The 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV offers different range options tailored to driver needs across the WT, LT, and RST trims:
For Silverado EV drivers, charging speed is as impressive as the range. The Silverado EV is compatible with DC fast charging up to 350 kW, allowing the vehicle to gain an estimated 100 miles in just 10 minutes. Whether on a road trip or mid-workday, this fast-charging capability keeps drivers moving.
For home or workplace charging, the Silverado EV also offers Level 2 (240 V) charging that adds approximately 34 miles of range per hour with the PowerShift or PowerUp+ charger. This versatility makes charging easy and accessible, regardless of whether you’re charging on the go or overnight.
