2024 Chevy Blazer Gainesville TX

2024 Chevy Blazer Gainesville TX

Although the Blazer nameplate dates all the way back to 1969, the modern-day Blazer was introduced back in 2019, and over the last four years, the SUV has blazed several trails in the mid-size SUV segment. That is no different for the 2024 model year, which not only adds a new Riptide Blue Metallic exterior paint color option, as well as several performance-enhancing features that help it to really stand out.

The Blazer comes complete with sporty looks and an athletic ride and handling to match its design. Add on other exciting features, including a powerful V6 engine option and a spacious second-row seat, and you’ll see exactly why so many Gainesville-area buyers are gravitating toward the well-rounded 2024 Chevy Blazer. Specs and Features of the 2024 Chevy Blazer

Behind the sporty exterior styling of the Blazer – which includes a distinctive grille and front fascia set between eye-catching LED daytime running lamps – you’ll find several performance-enhancing features that truly set the Blazer apart from the more common (and less thrilling) mid-size SUVs in the segment.

That includes a pair of engine options: a standard 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and a 3.6-liter V6 that comes standard in the higher-end RS trim. The former shells out 228 horsepower while the V6 adds an additional 80 horses for a 308-horsepower output. Despite the added strength, the six-cylinder can still achieve 26 mpg on the highway. The turbo-four steps it up with 29 mpg when equipped with FWD.

In the back, you’ll find a second-row seat that does a lot more than seat those extra passengers. To start, it includes more leg room that most mid-size SUVs, making it ideal for those with a growing family. The seatback is split 60/40 to allow several stowing configurations, and when the seatback is folded all the way down, the Blazer opens up to 64.2 cubic feet, or roughly triple the size of the average sedan trunk, making it easy to haul bigger items. And when the back doesn’t offer up enough space, you can take advantage of the 4,500-pound towing capacity made possible by that powerful V6 we mentioned.
