There are three standard trims, which from a naming convention, align with the rest of the Buick SUVs. That includes the base level Essence, the middle-of-the-road Premium, and the higher-end Avenir. If you so choose, there is also a Sport Touring package that adds an extra two inches to the wheels (20 vs 18 inches) and adds body-colored door handles for a more seamless, streamlined look among other features. Standard across the full line is onboard Wi-Fi, wireless charging, heated leather seats and steering wheel, as well as six USB ports for convenient charging throughout the entire cabin.

Under the hood, there is a single yet reliable 3.6-liter engine that comes bolted to a nine-speed automatic transmission to deliver a powerful, yet smooth and quiet ride. In terms of output, the V6 is capable of shelling out 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque. The numbers are enough to give the Enclave as much as 5,000 pounds of towing power when properly equipped – a rating that can be further enhanced with an available towing package that tacks on a hitch, heavy-duty engine cooling, a tow/haul drive mode, and special hitch views for the backup camera – perfect for the weekend warriors.
